I have put together a list of books depicting characters on the Autism spectrum in honor of World Autism Awareness Day. Technically it was April 2nd and I am a couple of days late posting, but I still wanted to put together this list. I personally connect with books and characters who are on the Autism spectrum, and most of my favorite books tend to follow nuerodiverse characters. I have slight social anxiety which is why I personally connect with some of the characteristics that many characters on the Autism spectrum display, but it is important for all of us to read about diverse characters.

I hope that you are able to fall in love with some of the characters and books below the way that I have.
